Data Processing Principles
Personal data is all the information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person. They include such information as your name, age, address, phone number, date of birth, e-mail address, IP address or user actions. Information where we cannot (or only with unreasonable effort) establish a reference to you as a person, eg, through anonymization, are no personal data. Processing personal data (eg, collecting, querying, using, retaining or sharing) always requires a legal basis or your consent. Processed personal data are deleted as soon as the processing purpose has been achieved and there are no lawful reasons for retaining the data any longer. If we process your personal data in order to provide certain services, we will inform you in the following about the specific processing operations, scope and purpose of data processing, legal basis for processing and relevant retention periods.
Collection and retaining data internal system purposes and for statistical purposes
Every time you access our internet offering, your internet browser automatically sends the following data to our web server for technical reasons:
- current IP address of the internet connection you are using
- if you visit our website via a link, the page from which you are visiting us
- the websites you are visiting within our offering
- date and time of your visit

These data are not merged with other data sources. Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. b GDPR serves as legal basis for data processing to regulate the processing of data for fulfilling a contract or pre-contractual measures.
Other data processing
Other data will only be collected and processed if a contractual relationship between you and Knoblauch Entwicklungen GmbH is to be established, its contents to be developed or modified. We use the data collected for this purpose only to the extent necessary to execute the contractual relationship.
Please note that corresponding via e-mail is not a secure form of communication and the content is not protected from unauthorized access by third parties. We recommend sending confidential messages via the postal service.
Reservation of consent

When contacting us (eg, via our contact form, by e-mail, phone or social media), the user’s data will be used for processing the contact request and handling it according to Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. b) GDPR. User information can be stored in a Customer Relationship Management System („CRM system“) or a similar inquiry system.
We delete requests if they are no longer necessary. We check the requirement every two years; furthermore, statutory retention obligations apply.
Some of these cookies are „session cookies“. These cookies are deleted automatically when the browser session ends. Other cookies remain on your device until you delete them yourself. These cookies help us to recognize you when you return to our website.

Retaining and deleting personal data
All your personal data retained by us will be deleted immediately and irrecoverable as soon as they are no longer needed for the purposes they were collected for unless we legally have to. In case we are legally obliged to retain data, they are deleted irrecoverable once the statutory retention period expires.
Right of objection
When processing your personal data on the basis of legitimate interests as per Art. 6 Para. 1 Sent. 1 lit. f GDPR you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data in accordance with Art. 21 GDPR as far as there are reasons for it arising from your particular situation or if you object to direct marketing. In case of direct marketing you have a general right of objection, which we will implement without indicating a special situation.
Data security and security measures
We undertake to protect your privacy and keep your personal data confidential. To prevent the manipulation, loss or misuse of your personal data we retain, we take extensive technical and organizational security precautions that are regularly reviewed and adapted to technological progress. Among others, this includes the use of recognized encryption methods (SSL or TLS). However, we would like to point out that due to the structure of the internet, the rules of data protection and the above-mentioned security measures of other individuals or institutions outside of our area of responsibility may not be observed. In particular, unencrypted data may, eg, if sent by e-mail, be read by third parties. We have no technical capabilities to influence this. Repealing your consent to data processing
Some data processing operations are only possible with your express consent. Your can repeal your consent at any time. To repeal, just send us an informal e-mail. The lawfulness of data processing carried out until the time of repeal remains unaffected by the repeal.
Right to appeal to the competent regulatory authority
In case of a legal infringement, you as the data subject have the right to appeal with the competent regulatory authority. Right to data portability
